Introduces a mathematical framework that links information theory and wave-particle transitions, implying new insights into systemic equilibrium.
Following the conceptual baseline of Equilibrium Mechanics established in Paper V, this paper introduces the formal mathematical framework for the "Law of Self-Restoration" using Information Theory. We transition from classical dynamic forces to information-based equilibrium states. We propose that the transition between a distributed quantum wave state and a localized particle state is governed by a cosmic restoration rate (R), which reacts dynamically to changes in systemic information (ΔI) over time (Δt). When measurement demands localized certainty, the time function drops instantly (Δt → 0), driving the restoration rate toward infinity and manifesting as an instantaneous wavefunction collapse. Finally, we formalize this as a holistic, non-local property where the entire system balances itself as a singular entity.
