The Katia Dolle Method (KDM) is a hierarchical clinical decision framework developed within clinical naturopathy for multisystemic intervention in neurodevelopmental disorders, with primary application in autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Developed over more than twenty-five years of intensive clinical practice and applied to a population exceeding 1,000 users across 32 countries, the KDM integrates principles from complex systems theory, Western naturopathic tradition, and Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostics into an original clinical reasoning architecture. This paper presents the conceptual and structural foundations of the KDM — its theoretical grounding, its architecture of physiopathological domains and feedback loops, its urgency × impact × feasibility prioritization system, and its two clinical reasoning modes (individualized and baseline) — without disclosing the specific supplementation protocols, product-level formulations, or dosing schedules that constitute the method's registered intellectual property (Spanish IP Registry REGAGE22e00022246198, file 765-797612, June 2, 2022). The KDM's operational complexity is illustrated through its clinical decision-support infrastructure: a structured formulary spanning 469 individual agents — each selected not for isolated efficacy but according to a design criterion requiring measurable impact on multiple interconnected physiopathological domains simultaneously — a laboratory interpretation framework covering 121 analytical markers, and ten interconnected physiopathological domains. This is a scale of interdependent decision logic that is not reducible to a fixed protocol and is not replicable from supplementation lists alone. Family implementation is supported through a structured parental education and neurodevelopmental coaching component, which is the format in which the KDM is currently applied at scale, primarily through online ASD intervention programs. This paper functions as the citable methodological reference for the KDM: clinical case reports, case series, and observational studies applying the method — including an ongoing retrospective cohort of 183 participants across 32 countries (mean ATEC reduction of 39.2 points; adrenal-axis intervention as the strongest single predictor of optimal outcome, OR=14) — are intended to cite this framework rather than reproduce it.
