Infinite Recursive Dimensional Theory (IDRT) v3 is a theoretical hypothesis proposing a mathematical framework for exploring higher-dimensional geometry, recursive dimensional structures, and their possible observable consequences in lower-dimensional physical systems. This work develops the mathematical foundations of the framework using operator theory, spectral analysis, symmetry, topology, and quasicrystal-inspired geometry. It derives internally consistent mathematical structures, invariants, projection operators, and experimentally testable predictions within the assumptions of the model. IDRT has not been experimentally validated. This preprint is intended to encourage independent mathematical analysis, constructive scientific discussion, numerical simulation, and experimental investigation. Future work will include digital twin simulations, laboratory prototypes (V1–V3), experimental measurements, and independent replication. The framework is presented as a falsifiable scientific hypothesis whose validity should ultimately be determined by reproducible experimental evidence.
