Continuity Geometry is the foundational substrate of Decision Continuity Engineering (DCE). It formalizes continuity as a geometric structure rather than a linear progression, defining how identity, invariants, and sovereignty persist across transformations in physical, computational, economic, and civilizational systems. This paper establishes identity substrates, continuity fields, invariants, and loop‑closure mechanisms as universal geometric constructs that operate across domains, including off‑planet continuity and species‑level stability.
