Reconstructs healthcare as a continuity geometry domain to preserve biological identity across time, suggesting implications for interventions.
Healthcare is commonly treated as a service industry, a marketplace, or a collection of institutions. This paper reconstructs healthcare as a continuity geometry domain whose purpose is to preserve biological identity across time. Using Decision Continuity Engineering (DCE) and the Cyber → Fusion → QC(S) substrate, the paper defines healthcare in terms of identity geometry, invariance geometry, curvature geometry, and continuity geometry. It introduces Co(Healthcare) as the unified continuity function of the domain and positions Sīnotes as the quantum‑grade biological continuity engine. The paper demonstrates how continuity primitives, triad alignment, and quantum‑depth stabilization can redesign healthcare as a substrate that preserves the human being across diagnostics, interventions, instability, and recovery. Co(Healthcare) is presented not as a framework or policy, but as a substrate‑level continuity physics for the healthcare domain.
