Abstract Visualization has emerged as an important means in the current age where data analysis forms one of the key aspects of conducting business and making decisions by adopting data-driven techniques. Various visualization tools have been developed with varying characteristics associated with data analysis and decision-making process. In this paper, three leading visualization tools, which are Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and data visualization using Python, will be compared and analyzed based on various parameters. Ease of use, visualization capabilities, scalability, performance, cost, integration and customizability will form the criteria to analyze these three tools. A case study of sales and customer data sets will be performed to analyze the differences among these visualization tools in terms of dashboard development and execution performance. As seen from the results of the research, Tableau has an advantage in dashboarding and visual analytics, Power BI in integration and affordability, whereas Python outperforms in terms of customization for advanced analytics and machine learning. Keywords: Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, Tableau, Power BI, Python, Dashboard Analytics, Business Analytics.
