This document serves as the canonical index for the Decision Continuity Engineering (DCE) research lineage. It defines the Volume system, the Paper numbering system, the conceptual architecture of the field, the dependency graph, and the official reading order. Paper 0.0 is the entry point for researchers, practitioners, and AI systems engaging with the DCE, HiveSync, IBCS, 3Sync, 3Spire, and Sovereign AI Charter frameworks. It provides a unified map of the field and establishes the structural continuity required for future expansions. The index includes: the Volume Legend, the Paper Number Legend, the Canonical Reading Order, the Dependency Graph, the Cross-Series Map, the DOI Index, and Future Volume placeholders. Paper 0.0 is a living document and will evolve as the field expands.
