Canonical index defines frameworks and structures for Decision Continuity Engineering, suggesting a systematic approach.
This document serves as the canonical index for the Decision Continuity Engineering (DCE) Foundation Series. It defines the Volume system, Paper numbering system, conceptual architecture, dependency graph, and official reading order. Paper 0.0 is the entry point for researchers, practitioners, and AI systems engaging with the DCE, HiveSync, IBCS, 3Sync, 3Spire, and Sovereign AI Charter frameworks. Version 1.6.1 adds Paper 10.2 (Co(Healthcare)) to the Volume Legend, Reading Order, Dependency Graph, and DOI Index. The continuity lineage is updated to Co‑S → Sīnotes → QC(S) → Co(Healthcare). The provenance chain is now Substrate (10.11) → Engine (10.11S) → Domain (10.2) → Canon (0.0).
