Pulsed-field ablation demonstrated a significantly shorter procedure time than thermal ablation (random-effects mean difference −22.18 min, 95% CI [−39.22 to −5.14], P = 0.026), but fluoroscopy times did not differ significantly (mean difference 8.06 min, 95% CI [−14.31 to 30.42], P = 0.261).
