This record publishes version 1.3 of the STT Manifesto — Selector-Time Theory — as an official conceptual addendum on the Operational Present in the Third Degree. Version 1.3 preserves the canonical ontological-operational chain consolidated in Manifesto STT v1.2 and does not introduce a new operator or a new structural stage. Its central purpose is interpretative: to declare that, in the Third Degree of STT, the operational real appears only as present. The central thesis of this version is that future, present, and past are not equally active modes of operational reality. In STT, the future corresponds to admissibility not yet hardened; the present corresponds to the real in act; and the past corresponds to record, memory, LOG, or Post-Time. This manifesto distinguishes coordinate time, used by physics to describe events, intervals, distances, propagation, and observational reconstruction, from operational presence, understood in STT as the effective mode of appearance of the real. The MAP-Light / MAP-Luz is mentioned only as a derived heuristic tool from the article “The Operational Present”, not as an established physical metric, an independently measurable quantity, or a new operator in the canonical chain. This record includes the English official version and the Portuguese mirrored version of Manifesto STT v1.3.
