The Operational Present: Light, CLE-STT, and the Apparent Structure of Past and Future in Selector-Time Theory

This record contains the mirrored Portuguese and English versions of the technical-conceptual working paper “The Operational Present: Light, CLE-STT, and the Apparent Structure of Past and Future in Selector-Time Theory”. The paper is a post-Manifesto STT v1.2 development. It does not alter the official ontological-operational chain of the Selector-Time Theory (STT). Instead, it explores a formal consequence of the operational spatialization introduced by CLE-STT, especially the distinction between coordinate time and operational presence. The central thesis is that, in the Third Degree of STT, the operational real appears only as present. The past is interpreted as record, memory, LOG, or Post-Time, while the future is interpreted as admissibility not yet hardened. Within this framework, light propagation is interpreted as present informational updating, and the Measure of Presential Updating of Light (MAP-Light / MAP-Luz) is introduced as an internal heuristic tool of STT. MAP-Luz is not presented as an established physical metric, an independently measurable quantity, or a theory of discrete time. It is a conceptual-formal device for expressing accumulated operational continuity in the interpretation of light, observability, and measurable physical appearance within the Third Degree.
