This working paper presents a conceptual development within the Selector-Time Theory (STT), focusing on the Third Degree of the theory. It investigates how the real, once hardened, represented, typified, and temporalized through Operational Time, becomes spatially legible, relationally accessible, and potentially observable. The central proposal is that the observable real is not completed only by hardened energy and operational duration. In order to become accessible to observation, measurement, and scientific description, the typified and temporalized real also requires operational spatialization. This function is attributed, within the internal vocabulary of STT, to CLE — Hardened Luminous Coherence — understood not as electromagnetic light, photon field, physical radiation, or a new fundamental force, but as a conceptual function of spatial legibility, relational accessibility, propagation, and observability in the Third Degree. The proposed functional notation is LambdaCLEO3ᵣeal = Esp₃O3ᵣeal, where LambdaCLE represents the conceptual operator of operational spatialization and Esp₃O3ᵣeal represents the temporalized real in a condition of relational-operational spatial legibility. The article has a philosophical-conceptual character and does not claim to present a formalized physical theory of light, space, or spacetime. Its purpose is to register a new internal refinement of STT: Operational Time allows the real to endure; CLE allows the real to become spatially legible.
