Reveals that dark matter effects stem from torsion in higher-dimensional geometry, suggesting new physics.
We propose that the phenomena attributed to Dark Matter arise from residual torsion in the 256-dimensional Bulk of the Time-Unity Model (TUM). In TUM, our 4D spacetime is a Brane embedded in real Clifford algebra Cl(8). The projection from Bulk to Brane is incomplete, leaving a torsional field Tmu nuᵗᵒʳ that modifies Einstein gravity as Gmu nu + Tmu nuᵗᵒʳ = 8pi G Tmu nuᵐᵃᵗᵗᵉʳ. Building on prior results that derive the Standard Model from Cl(8), the complete lepton mass spectrum with zero free parameters, and CMB anisotropies, we demonstrate that this geometric framework predicts galactic rotation curves and cluster dynamics without dark matter particles. The torsion coupling alpha_TUM is fixed entirely by the geometry of the Bulk. It is determined by the characteristic Bulk length L_Bulk = 1.73 x 10^15 m, which is identical to the Golden Ratio scale L_gold derived in previous TUM work. This yields alpha_TUM = c^2 / L_Bulk^2 = 2.1 x 10⁻³⁰ s⁻², containing zero free parameters. From the modified field equations we derive v^2(r) = GM_b/r + alpha_TUM r. This produces asymptotically flat rotation curves that match SPARC observational data without invoking a dark matter halo. The same torsional term reproduces gravitational lensing in galaxy clusters, including systems like the Bullet Cluster. We conclude that Dark Matter phenomena emerge naturally from residual Bulk torsion in TUM. This same geometry has previously derived particle masses, gauge forces, and cosmological structure. TUM requires no new particles and no free parameters. In Paper 47 we will demonstrate that the time-dependent component of this torsion explains Dark Energy. Dark Matter is not a particle. It is geometry.
