Randomized trial shows improved cardiovascular function in older individuals through physical interventions, suggesting new treatment pathways.
The article proposes a physical rethinking of age-related changes in the cardiovascular system (CVS) based on the Non-Information Theory of Life (NTA), the theory of meta-environments and the concept of phase topology of water. It is shown that cardiovascular aging is not only the accumulation of molecular damage, but also a fundamental violation of supramolecular dynamics: loss of coherence of ensembles, destabilization of condensates, destruction of tetrasignures, shift of LDL/HDL equilibrium of water in CCC cells, and degradation of meta-media – endothelial glycocalyx, extracellular matrix, blood and interstitium. All 12 signs of cardiovascular aging receive a single physical explanation. Pilot clinical observations of the use of the Quatotron multimodal technique in four patients aged 56, 64, 77 and 82 years (8 courses of 10 sessions of 8-hour sleep in the Quatotron are presented). There was an improvement in ejection fraction (by an average of 8.5 percentage points), flow-mediated dilation (by an average of 2.9 percentage points), recovery of glycocalyx (by an average of 22% of normal), a decrease in blood pressure (by an average of 18/10 mm Hg) and the frequency of angina attacks (by 3–4 times). No adverse events were reported. Main conclusion: Restoration of the cardiovascular system in people over 50 years of age is possible through systemic restoration of water phase topology, coherence of supramolecular ensembles, meta-environments, biogenic nutrition and mechanics of aging, without the need for genetic editing. The data presented are preliminary and require confirmation in randomized controlled trials.
