This study examines visitor experiences with digital services at The Lee Kun-hee Collection: Masterpieces of Korean Art held at the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA) in Seoul. Focusing on the use of the mobile app and curating-bot, it investigates their respective impacts on visitors' immersion and satisfaction with the exhibition. Adopting a quantitative methodology, the study analyzed responses from 1,705 participants. Results indicate that, while both digital tools received positive evaluations, the use of the mobile app was associated with higher sense of immersion and overall satisfaction. Notably, participants who used both services reported the highest levels of satisfaction, suggesting a synergistic effect. The findings underscore that it is not the novelty of technology, but rather the quality, clarity, and relevance of content that drive meaningful user engagement. This study offers timely insights for the development of user-centered digital tools that foster human-centric and contextually meaningful museum experiences.
