Abstract This article describes an all‐arthroscopic knotless suture‐bridge technique for medial collateral ligament repair. Its key steps involve placing a medial row anchor and a lateral row anchor, connected via sutures passed through the torn ligament, thereby applying the suture‐bridge technique to achieve secure knotless fixation. Compared with conventional open knotted repair, this method offers a fully arthroscopic approach that avoids extensive dissection and eliminates knot‐related complications. The technique effectively restores knee joint stability, providing a minimally invasive surgical option for medial collateral ligament injuries.
