Knotless Suture‐Bridge Technique for All‐Arthroscopic Repair of Proximal Knee Medial Collateral Ligament Injuries

This article describes an all‐arthroscopic knotless suture‐bridge technique for medial collateral ligament repair. Its key steps involve placing a medial row anchor and a lateral row anchor, connected via sutures passed through the torn ligament, thereby applying the suture‐bridge technique to achieve secure knotless fixation. Compared with conventional open knotted repair, this method offers a fully arthroscopic approach that avoids extensive dissection and eliminates knot‐related complications. The technique effectively restores knee joint stability, providing a minimally invasive surgical option for medial collateral ligament injuries.
