The goal of implementing a transcendental phenomenological approach was to comprehend and elaborate the perceived impact of AI on educational leadership in making decisions, learning outcomes and teaching approaches from the perspective of educational leaders. The present study examined the effect of AI usage on the decisive skills of educational leaders and analyzed the associations between educational leadership and AI and its impact on the learning and teaching environment. The present study implemented descriptive analysis supported by elimination of repetition, textual descriptions and imaginative variation to represent the understanding of education leaders about the use of AI in educational leadership in terms of decision-making, learning results and teaching. The outcome of the study revealed a significant association between the decisive ability of educational leaders and the implementation of AI. Furthermore, we confirmed the impact of AI usage on the critical skills of students and its significant influence on the teaching and learning environment. Overall, the present study recommends the effective adoption of AI with high ethical value in the education system, remarkable educational leadership and the promotion of innovation and creativity among students.
