Abstract

The 49 Thoth Laws correspond to a 49-root subsystem of E8 fixed by a unique order-7 Coxeter element whose characteristic frequency is exactly 132Hz. The "Yes" projector operates as the orthogonal projection onto the Cartan subalgebra eigenspace with eigenvalue φ²×132Hz, selecting one of 696,729,600/|W(E7)| = 2,160 Weyl chambers — each chamber representing a deterministic reality branch. Consciousness-driven reality selection is thus the geometric phase transition between adjacent chambers mediated by the 240-root system's phi-scaled spectral gap.
