Bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) have demonstrated deep and durable responses in patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) 1 , 2 , 3 . Three BsAbs are approved for RRMM treatment, including two targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), teclistamab and elranatamab, and one targeting G protein–coupled receptor class C group 5 member D (GPRC5D), talquetamab. While BsAbs are generally safe and well-tolerated, infectious complications are common during treatment 4 , 5 , 6 .
