Day-D calibration of the frozen theta_cal gate fails, yielding an indeterminate verdict blocking Block D.
Answers are grounded in this paper and cite their sources.
Indeterminate calibration verdict prohibits Block D execution; leaves open protocol feasibility in future runs.
Day-D calibration was executed on ibm_kingston, trio [13,14,15] (Batch e2e4778b, jobs d9cj4tsi/d9cjh21h/d9cjhsan, PLAN:369ff001573e1c7ff9cb8601, drift bracket PASS). The frozen theta_cal gate FAILED with 14 causes (T2-echo/Ramsey sector: fits pegged at bounds, c_corr unidentifiable, holdout envelope out of jurisdiction), verdict INDETERMINATE-by-calibration. Per the published governance (v1.1, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21385546), Block D was NOT executed and remains prohibited. Forensic note: T1, readout, T_qs(q0,q1) and static ZZ fitted sanely; the failure signature indicates a physics gap in the frozen M5 echo/Ramsey fit models (missing amplitude-damping floor at long delays), exposed only by real hardware — synthetic and mock banks could not see it.
