Abstract Introduction Aortic stenosis (AS) is a progressive and increasingly prevalent condition associated with substantial morbidity and mortality if left untreated 1. Despite advances in diagnostic tools and therapeutic options, delayed recognition and undertreatment remain common, particularly among women and older adults. Nurses and allied professionals (NAPs) play a role in early detection, patient education, referral pathways and coordination of multidisciplinary care; however, variation in training and access to up-to-date evidence persists across Europe. Scalable, high-quality educational interventions are therefore required to support consistent, equitable management of AS across the cardiovascular workforce2. Aim To evaluate the reach, engagement and perceived clinical impact of a pan-European, multimodal educational programme on AS targeting physicians and NAPs. Methods A multimodal education programme was delivered between November 2024 and May 2025, comprising four live international webinars with on-demand access and a free structured eLearning course. Topics included AS detection, equity in care, evidence for intervention, and the role of the valve coordinator within the heart valve team. Participation metrics, engagement data and post-event survey responses were analysed. Results Across four webinars, 2,896 registrations were recorded, with 1,408 live attendees and a mean live connection time of 45–47 minutes. Participants were drawn from a wide range of ESC National Cardiac Societies and ESC-affiliated countries, reflecting broad international reach. Practising clinical cardiologists formed the largest professional group, alongside other physicians, with nurses and allied professionals contributing 11.3% of participants. Post-event surveys demonstrated high educational impact, with 94–100% of respondents reporting that learning objectives were met and 95–99% indicating intention to implement learning in clinical practice. The accompanying eLearning course enrolled 387 learners, of whom 78% started the course and 19% completed it, consistent with open-access professional eLearning; mean quiz scores were 86% and the Net Promoter Score was +75. Conclusion This large-scale, NAP-inclusive educational initiative achieved high reach, strong engagement and clear self-reported impact on learning needs and intention to change clinical practice. Multimodal education delivered through professional societies can support earlier detection, equitable management and improved multidisciplinary care for patients with aortic stenosis. These findings support the continued development of accessible, practice-focused education for cardiovascular professionals.
