Abstract Light‐emitting metasurfaces, as a compact platform integrating photon sources, have broad prospects in creating high‐performance, ultra‐compact, and advanced optical display devices. However, previous research on meta‐display devices mainly focused on controlling transmitted/reflected light to achieve image display with limited grayscale levels. Moreover, the generation of meticulous grayscale fluorescence meta‐displays by controlling emitted light remains underexplored and still poses a significant challenge. Here, meticulous grayscale and multi‐color fluorescence meta‐nanoprintings is proposed and demonstrated based on the light‐emitting metasurface integrated with quantum dots. By leveraging the on‐chip meta‐diatomic interference mechanism, continuous intensity modulation of incoherent fluorescence emission with high resolution, and manufacturing robustness is achieved. Furthermore, by simultaneously controlling fluorescence emission and pump scattering, the meticulous multi‐color meta‐nanoprinting is achieved under a single monochromatic source. The proposed light‐emitting metasurface platform exhibits continuous intensity modulation, high robustness, and is free of zero‐order diffraction background, enabling potential applications in multiplexed displays, optical storage/encryption, and next‐generation display devices.
