The integration of drones and Web 3.0 is expected to transform supply chain management (SCM), yet opportunities remain in aligning drone-integrated SCM with the Web 3.0 era. To explore these, we conducted a systematic review of 182 articles using bibliometric and content analyses. Bibliometric analysis, including keyword co-occurrence and clustering, identified 14 clusters synthesised into four themes: drones for SCM in digital era, drone-based collaborative transport systems, route planning for multi-scenarios’ delivery optimisation, intelligent transport system with dynamic energy management. Content analysis further revealed gaps in existing literature, while evolution trend analysis highlighted the emergence of key Web 3.0 technologies which enable for advanced drone operations such as blockchain, AI, IoT, and 5G/6G. These technologies enhance traceability, enable decentralised coordination, improve dynamic routing, and support energy-efficient operations in drone-integrated SCM. This review aligns drone-integrated SCM with the Web 3.0 era, enabling a more interconnected, efficient, and sustainable supply chain ecosystem.
