Descriptive cross-sectional research design was utilized in three selected hospitals in Ondo State. Multi-stage random sampling was used to recruits 121 patients from three hospitals. Structured Questionnaire whose validity and reliability was established was used for data collection. Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 22. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used.
