Note investigates quantum formalism implications for physical states and superluminal outcomes.
This note asks whether the standard quantum formalism entails either that thereis no fact of the matter about the specific physical state of a macroscopic subsystem or thatoutcomes in Bell experiments must be formed superluminally at spacelike-separated eventsof primary registration. It considers a minimal ontological possibility: every physical systemhas some objective physical state at every moment, not reducible to predetermined values ofall observables. An early registration may correspond to an objective yet reversible andnon-final state of the measurement chain. The cat paradox and the inference of superluminaloutcome formation are shown to require additional premises: that a decomposition of theglobal superposition exhausts the objective state of a subsystem, and that primaryregistration coincides with the completed formation of an outcome. The two conclusions thusshare a logical structure without any change to quantum dynamics or observable predictions.
