AXIOM 247 is an original, non-laboratory phenomenological framework comprising 53 foundational axioms that describe the human cognitive processing pipeline. The model proposes that the human system operates as a vertical information-routing architecture across five layers: BIOS, Instinct, Consciousness, Filter/Concept Library, and Behaviour. The framework was developed through direct observation of non-pathological human behaviour. Its convergence with Barrett and Miller (2024), Friston's Free Energy Principle, and predictive processing theory was identified after the framework was complete. This paper is submitted for rigorous technical assessment of its structural alignment with established neurobiological models.
