This document records and consolidates a theoretical cosmological framework developed to interpret astronomical observables within a non-expanding geometric architecture. By restricting the global metric of space to a rigid, absolute Minkowski background, the model decouples quantum vacuum energy from metric dynamics, fundamentally bypassing the 120-orders-of magnitude cosmological constant fine-tuning crisis. Cosmological redshift is evaluated as an intrinsic, distance-dependent logarithmic phase shift of light propagation, with the lost energy structurally conserved and recycled into the omnipresent vacuum reservoir to maintain the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) as a steady-state thermal equilibrium signature.
