Organic microcavities are an attractive platform for achieving ultrastrong-coupling regimes in cavity QED. Their main drawback, the complex nature of the spectral response, is a decade-old problem that is here solved by introducing a theoretical framework in which the dynamics of dark vibronic polaritons is accounted for.
