Abstract
About 1 in 79 Canadians will have pancreatic cancer in their lifetime, making it the 12th most common malignant disease and the 4th leading cause of death from cancer.11,22 A family physician can expect to encounter 1 to 2 patients with pancreatic cancer each year, with increases in case
