In this paper, we establish a direct connection between matrix-valued K-moment sequences (with K ⊂ ℝd) and multi-linear recursive matrix sequences. By investigating this relationship, we provide new insights into the structural properties of such sequences. Consequently, we derive novel necessary conditions for the solvability of the truncated multidimensional matrix-valued K-moment problem.
