Develops production line efficiency of wood-gypsum composite material, suggesting improved manufacturing capabilities.
Statement of the problem. Wood-gypsum composite material previously developed by the authors requires the creation of a technological scheme for its production, as well as a production line for launching a new building material into production. Results. A technological scheme for the production of wood-gypsum composite materials has been developed in two variations that differ from each other depending on the accepted option of giving the finished product the desired appearance — coloring in bulk or coloring the outer layer. The required technological equipment for the production line of wood-gypsum composite material has been selected. Conclusions. Developed on the basis of the proposed technological scheme for the production of wood-gypsum composite material, its technological production line allows for the production of 325 m2 of finished products per shift (8 hours). When setting a rolling schedule for workers, the number of working days per month will be 30, while it is possible to work in 2 shifts, which allows one to achieve a result of 19,500 m2 of finished products per month.
