Demonstrates high-performance photodetectors on nondevelopable surfaces, implying advances in optical imaging and bionics.
Deploying optoelectronic devices on nondevelopable surfaces is driving rapid advances in optical imaging and bionics. However, current fabrication processes still struggle to achieve high‐performance devices on such substrates. Here, we report a template‐assisted method for fabricating ZnO microwire array photodetectors on both flexible substrates and nondevelopable curved surfaces, enabling the realization of high‐performance micro/nano optoelectronic devices with responsivities of 47 668 A W −1 and 14 450 A W −1 , respectively. This approach provides an effective route for building high‐performance optoelectronic systems for next‐generation intelligent prostheses and bionic vision applications.
