The results of XRD, FT-IR, SEM were also used to determine the physicochemical properties of cellulose obtained from the banana stem. The results of the modeling and optimization process of cellulose extraction showed the efficiency of the process and the high applicability of cellulose from the banana stem to create valuable industrial products.
