In this letter, we present surface mass-balance measurements out by members of the Institute for Marine Atmospheric Research of Utrecht University (IMAU) the Kangerlussuaq (Sondre Stromfjord, in Danish) (K-transect), located on the western part of the ice sheet along 67° N. At present, these measurements 10 years (1990-2000), which makes them than any other published time series of mass-balance in Greenland.
