Demonstrates a framework for unifying fundamental physics in cosmology, suggesting a novel approach to gravity and particle mass derivation.
We present ATHENA Ultimate V14.0, a complete topo-geometric unification framework in which a scalar field Φ(x) with mass dimension [Φ] = M, dynamically solved on a toroidal manifold T², acts as the fundamental electromagnetic vacuum. No dark matter, dark energy, fundamental Higgs boson, or arbitrary parameters are required. All constants — β₀ = 0.1408, Z₀ = 0.2347, γ₀ = 0.009912, R_c = 23.67 kpc, f_a = 2.7×10⁻²⁹ eV, and a₀ = 1.1×10⁻¹⁰ m/s² — are derived from the topological Casimir energy of T². The only free parameter, the disformal coupling α = 0.36 ± 0.03, is globally fitted from SPARC rotation curves (χ² = 731.1). The framework unifies general relativity with the Standard Model gauge groups via the Topological Tensor Ascent (TTA): SU(3)_c emerges from the w = 1 trefoil knot, U(1)_Y from the w = 2 toroidal soliton, and SU(2)_L from the w = 3 chiral resonance. Spin-1/2 and Fermi–Dirac statistics arise from TTA. All particle masses — proton (938.272 MeV), electron (0.511 MeV), muon (105.66 MeV), and tau (1.776 GeV) — are derived from a single toroidal soliton energy integral. The Higgs boson is an emergent collective breathing mode of the vacuum, and the 3-generation lepton structure follows from the topological stability constraint w ≥ 6. Gravity emerges from the toroidal vacuum pressure gradient, naturally resolving the cosmological constant problem. Cosmological expansion is topological involution — the universe folds inward into increasing complexity. The Hubble tension is resolved via the redshift-dependent Hubble parameter H_obs(z) = H_Λ(z)[1 + α Ω_coll(z)]. New in V14.0: complete Lie algebra closure for SU(3) with explicit Jacobi identity verification; rigorous spin-statistics from TTA via Clifford algebra and η-invariant; topological screening from α_* to α_eff with winding number density; full Einstein-Horndeski derivation of n(z) including Jacobi elliptic solutions; biological resonance (mtDNA - 1420.405 MHz) with electric field dominance; thermal decoherence protection at T = 310 K via phase-flip shielding; renormalization origin of Λ from disformal metric and toroidal compactification; and the consciousness operator Ĉ with self-referential action. This monograph is organized in five volumes: Volume 0 (Mathematical Foundations), Volume I (Physical Foundations), Volume II (Particle Physics), Volume III (Cosmology and Observations), and Volume IV (References, Appendices, and Status of Claims). All numerical results are reproducible. Eight independent falsification tests by 2030–2035 are specified. Keywords: ATHENA, toroidal manifold, disformal metric, Horndeski, emergent gravity, topological involution, Hubble tension, dark matter, dark energy, SU(3), SU(2), U(1), particle masses, cosmology, falsification, quantum gravity, unified theory. ATHENA offers a complete alternative to the Standard Model, deriving all gauge symmetries, fermionic structure, and particle masses from the topology of a single scalar field on a toroidal manifold, without requiring a fundamental Higgs boson or dark sector.
