This paper aims to determine the characteristics of good intellectual capital management and how they relate to the outcomes in ‘Indian B-schools’. This paper evaluates the relationship between different ICM components and organizational performance of Indian B-schools. In order to determine crucial components of ICM effectiveness, Knowledge experts and research scholars were asked to take part and reply to a survey-based questionnaire. The key factor influencing the successful implementation of ICM is human capital, preceded by organizational innovation, organizational learning, organizational culture, organizational sustainability, relational capital, structural capital. ICM activities would be directed toward better academic performance, such as overall satisfaction, happiness and growth of the education system in Indian B-schools. ne. The study employed interpretive-structural modeling to identify the facilitators and provide a suitable strategy for the methodical process of managing intellectual capital. ICM practitioners can use the study to improve organizational performance by creating and implementing ICM systems and processes in their respective fields.
