Evaluates fault-tolerant control in fuzzy systems, suggesting improved stability under complex conditions.
This study investigates the observer‐based adaptive event‐triggered fault‐tolerant control of interval Type‐2 T‐S fuzzy systems with mixed delays. It provides a feasible and integrated solution for systems simultaneously facing complex challenges such as unmeasurable states, bandwidth constraints, mixed delays, and actuator faults. First, an observer is designed to address the problem of unmeasurable system states. An adaptive event‐triggered mechanism is incorporated into the system to further reduce communication and update frequency. Then, a sampled‐state‐based fuzzy decentralized fault‐tolerant control law is developed, and a new Lyapunov functional is constructed to derive sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability under mixed delays and actuator faults. Finally, numerical simulations and comparative experiments are provided to validate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
