Contemporary mainstream cosmology and particle physics are rooted in two a priori assumptions lacking topological verification: first, elevating the mathematical symbol ”0” to the fundamental physical substrate of the universe; second, interpreting all microscopic interaction laws solely through second-order Z₂ binary mirror symmetry. These two underlying presuppositions jointly spawn logical contradictions including the singularity cosmic genesis model, total zero-energy hypothesis, negative-energy objects, matter-antimatter opposition, and vague interpretations of dark matter and dark energy, continuously distorting the real topological nature of cosmic hierarchies and particle symmetry configurations. Based on the PFUSRC Eleven-dimensional Triple Coaxial Bicone Topology System, this paper establishes the top-level ontological axiom that Primordial Unity (abbreviated PU) is the sole existential substrate while zero serves merely as a mathematical computational tool. It rigorously defines a three-tier cosmic framework: Global Chaotic Set, Topological Mother Universe, and Embedded Sub-Universe. By introducing discrete Chern-class topological charge and dimensionless topological locking ratio to quantify the boundary between order and disorder, this paper proves that order and disorder are merely two positive topological morphologies of 4D topological flow variables (abbreviated TFVs) under topological locking and free diffusion, with no physical processes of negative ontology or zero annihilation. Antimatter, dark matter, and dark energy are uniformly interpreted as projection variants of high-dimensional topology onto four-dimensional spacetime, systematically eliminating conceptual biases derived from the binary paradigm.
