This conceptual framework integrates immersive technologies and AI to enhance scientific collaboration and decision-making.
This paper introduces the concept of the Unified Immersive Platform of Vitology as the culminating stage in the development of immersive scientific infrastructures within the framework of Vitology. Building upon immersive visualization, the Space of Harmony, Virtual Laboratories of Viability, collaborative immersive environments, educational immersive systems, AI-assisted immersive discovery, Immersive Digital Twins of Viable Systems, and Intelligent Immersive Decision Support, the proposed platform integrates these complementary components into a unified scientific ecosystem. The Unified Immersive Platform combines immersive technologies, artificial intelligence, computational modeling, digital twins, predictive analytics, collaborative research environments, educational resources, and viability-oriented scientific methodologies into a coherent interdisciplinary infrastructure. Rather than functioning as independent technologies, these components operate as interconnected elements that support observation, modeling, simulation, analysis, prediction, navigation, decision support, scientific collaboration, education, and continuous knowledge generation. The paper examines the conceptual foundations, architecture, integrated scientific workflows, Human–AI collaboration, interdisciplinary applications, and future development of the Unified Immersive Platform. Particular attention is devoted to viability as the central organizing principle that coordinates all computational and immersive processes within a single scientific framework. It is argued that the Unified Immersive Platform of Vitology represents a comprehensive scientific infrastructure for future Computational Vitology, providing researchers with an integrated environment for understanding, evaluating, predicting, preserving, restoring, and enhancing the viability of natural, biological, ecological, social, organizational, technological, and artificial systems.
