Methodological study validates an interprofessional simulation scenario to enhance training in postpartum hemorrhage management, suggesting improved standardization.
Background Rapid cycle deliberate practice (RCDP) supports technical and nontechnical skill development, but implementation variability may limit training standardization. Method This methodological study developed and validated an interprofessional RCDP simulation scenario for postpartum hemorrhage management. Content validity was assessed using a four-point Likert scale, the Content Validity Index, and modified Kappa. Results Eight experts participated. The scenario achieved an overall Content Validity Index of 0.97 and excellent expert agreement (modified Kappa=0.90). Conclusions The validated scenario provides a structured, evidence-based framework for interprofessional simulation training in postpartum hemorrhage management using RCDP.
