Formal framework proposes a new AI architecture using knowledge graphs to enhance organizational knowledge representation.
This paper states Theorem 9 of the The Ontological Dominance Papers program, the World Model Framework, addressing an AI architecture that does not yet exist at scale: one in which organizational knowledge is stored as explicit, structured knowledge-graph records rather than distributed parametric weights. The theorem shows that as AI architectures approach the world model paradigm, OD-1's rate condition undergoes a phase transition and becomes formally vacuous, marking the boundary of the parametric-encoding domain the The Ontological Dominance Papers program otherwise governs. In its place, the theorem specifies a knowledge graph completeness threshold, currently estimated at 90% completeness, as the condition for authoritative representation under a world model architecture, and demonstrates that the actions required to prepare for this future architecture are identical to those prescribed by OD-2 for the present one. Theorem 9 is the program's sole VERDICT C classification — a Prospective Formal Framework, formally derived but not empirically testable until world model architectures deploy at scale, on a projected industry timeline of approximately 2035 to 2040.
