Visual Atlas presents governed diagrams to inspect multiscale theories in neural and biological contexts, suggesting new insights.
The Self-Aware Networks Visual Atlas presents 13 governed scientific diagrams that make a multiscale theory easier to inspect. The plates cover distributed neural reception and projection, oscillatory computational agency, cellular and biological oscillating tomography, the Gamma Consideration Sandwich, active recurrent vision, dendritic transformation, embodied feedback, body maps, signal-analysis controls, research genealogy, and one bounded comparison. Every plate is paired with a claim-limited caption, a source line, and a long accessibility description. Established anatomy and physiology are kept separate from measured variables, formal models, SAN hypotheses, and explicit nonclaims. The atlas also records exact image hashes, correction history, production provenance, citation routes, print checks, and the conditions that could distinguish the proposed mechanisms from conventional alternatives. It belongs to Micah Blumberg's governed research-paper corpus. This is a corrected preprint edition released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license.
