The authors report the case of a 72-year-old man with a 10-year history of prostatism hospitalized for hematuria. Biopsies revealed a prostatic localization of lymphocytic lymphoma which staging workup was negative. Treatment only consisted of oral chemotherapy with chlorambucil. The patient remained asymptomatic 18 months after initial diagnosis. The literature regarding this rare condition is briefly reviewed. Given frequent secondary extension, chemotherapy should be discussed.
