This article investigates the distributed coordination control problems of second-order signed networks over arbitrary fixed signed digraphs. A new distributed control protocol is proposed based on the relative states of neighbouring agents. Sufficient conditions to ensure stability, bipartite consensus, interval bipartite consensus, and bipartite containment tracking are derived using matrix-theoretic and graph-theoretic tools, along with a Lyapunov-based analysis approach. The main contribution of this study lies in that it presents a unified design and analysis framework for distributed coordination control of second-order signed networks with any fixed topologies. The results established are validated through numerical examples.
