This version adds the complete 21-record claim audit required by the publication guidance, reconciles stale v0.9.3 workspace-manifest references without changing scientific counts or evidence classifications, and records 898 passing publication-integrated tests. Remaining attraction bands, the global fixed-geometry frontier, whole-chain recurrence, matched AlphaFold campaign and parity decision remain open and will be published as later versions in this concept lineage.
