Randomized trial evaluates antioxidant activity in natural sources, suggesting their potential industrial applications.
Antioxidants from natural sources play an important role in preventing oxidative damage and promoting human health. This study focuses on the extraction and evaluation of antioxidants from plant-based materials using simple and effective methods such as solvent and ultrasound-assisted extraction. The obtained extracts were analyzed for their antioxidant activity using standard assays. Results showed that natural sources contain significant amounts of bioactive compounds, including polyphenols and flavonoids, which contribute to strong antioxidant properties. These findings highlight the potential use of natural antioxidants in food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.
