Absorption spectra of methyl n-propyl, methyl isopropyl and diethyl ketones between 2000 and 1500A were found. The electronic transitions and their vibrational structure are discussed in comparison with acetone and methyl ethyl ketone. It is concluded that most transitions are probably of a Rydberg type, leading to ionization potentials in the neighborhood of 10 ev.
