Anti‐tumor efficacy of naked siRNAs for ERBB3 or AKT2 against lung adenocarcinoma cell xenografts

Tumor volume reduction directly correlated with marked decreases in ERBB3 and AKT2 mRNA and protein expression, with no significant alterations in serum cytokine levels.
