Symptom frequency varied by subtype: AVNRT presented with the highest rates of palpitations, dyspnea, dizziness, and anxiety, whereas vomiting predominated in AVRT, and fatigue predominated in atrial tachycardia.
Mean age of symptom onset was significantly earlier in AVRT with unidirectional retrograde accessory pathways compared to AVNRT (P < 0.01).
