Derivatized electrodes in the construction of organic light emitting diodes

Overcoming the disadvantages of organic light‐emitting diodes (LEDs) is important if full advantage is to be taken of their benefits. It is shown that a significant increase in durability and decrease of the turn‐on operating field can be achieved by attaching the electroactive polymer to the metal‐oxide electrode chemically.
